Pressing, Stamping

This is the processing method through which a heated, softened plastic sheet is formed into a shape by being pressed into an upper mold and lower mold.

Characteristics

• (1) Can add ribs or valleys
• (2) Can mold products with large areas or thin walls (difficult for injection molding) without welding.

Uses: Casings for computers or tablets
